2. ใช้งานเพื่อนำไปผลิตเป็นสินค้าจริง เช่น หนังสือนิยาย มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 100% หรือ x2 จากราคางานเต็ม
นักวาดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการนำผลงานไปเผยแพร่ใน portfolio / facebook / X หรือใช้เป็นตัวอย่างงาน
หากลูกค้าไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่ผลงานในที่สาธารณะ (private commission) เช่น ต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัว หรือสัญญาความลับ มีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม 30% จากราคาเต็ม
ตัวอย่างการคิดราคาค่าธรรมเนียม private commission
• ราคางานพื้นฐาน: 5,000 บาท
• ค่าธรรมเนียม 30%: 5,000 × 0.30 = 1,500 บาท
• ราคารวมสุทธิ: 5,000 + 1,500 = 6,500 บาท
ไม่อนุญาตให้นำภาพร่างไปใช้งานต่อ ยกเว้นมีการชำระเงินซื้อภาพร่างนั้น ๆ อย่างถูกต้อง
ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานไปขายต่อเกินกว่าราคาที่รับซื้อไว้
ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปใช้ Generate AI / NFT ทุกประเภท

ส่งบรีฟหรือรายละเอียดงาน เพื่อให้นักวาดตีราคาเบื้องต้นให้ (ควรส่งบรีฟก่อนยืนยันคิวอย่างน้อย 1 สัปดาห์)
เมื่อถึงคิว นักวาดจะติดต่อไปเพื่อคอนเฟิร์มคิว รายละเอียดงานโดยส่งใบ Quotation (ใบเสนอราคา) ยืนยันราคา
นักวาดจะกำหนดวันส่งภาพร่างให้คร่าวๆ ในตารางคิว
เริ่มชำระเงินหลังจากได้ภาพร่าง โดยนักวาดจะออกใบ Invoice ให้เพื่อรับทราบราคาพร้อมข้อตกลง

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy
หากยกเลิกงานในขั้นตอนส่งภาพร่าง จะคืนเงิน 50% เมื่อมีการชำระเต็มจำนวนแล้ว
หากยกเลิกงานหลังคอนเฟิร์มภาพร่างและเคลียร์เส้นจะไม่มีการคืนเงิน
กรณีที่มีการเร่งงาน
หากมีการแก้ไขงานในแต่ละขั้นตอนเกิน 3 ครั้ง: เริ่มต้น 100 บาท/ครั้ง ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียด
Usage Rights
The quoted price is for personal use only.
If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an additional fee is required to purchase extended usage rights.
Examples of commercial use pricing:
1. Digital use (e.g., e-book covers, website illustrations): +50–75% or x1.5–1.75 of the base price
2. Physical product use (e.g., printed books, merchandise): +100% or x2 of the base price(Note: Commercial pricing examples may vary per project. Please contact the artist for accurate quotes.)
The artist reserves the right to showcase the commissioned work in a portfolio, on Facebook, X or as sample work.
If the client does not wish the artwork to be published publicly (private commission), such as for personal or confidential reasons, an additional 30% privacy fee will be applied to the total price
Example calculation for private commission fee
• Base price: $400
• Privacy fee 30%: $400 × 0.30 = $120
• Total price: $400 + $120 = $520
Sketches are not allowed to be used or published unless purchased separately.
You may not resell the artwork for a higher price than you originally paid.
Use of the artwork for AI training, AI generation, or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.

Commission work will be done during available free time.

Sketch stage: 2–5 weeks for progress update
Lineart + Color Guide: 2–3 weeks
Finalization: 2–3 weeks
Estimated total turnaround: 1–3 months, excluding the queue waiting time.
Submit a brief or project details at least 1 week before queue confirmation to receive an initial quote.
Once it’s your turn, the artist will contact you to confirm the queue and send a Quotation for price approval.
An estimated delivery date for the sketch will be included in the schedule.
Payment begins after the sketch is approved. An Invoice will be issued along with the terms for confirmation.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy
If canceled during the sketch stage (after full payment), 50% of the payment will be refunded.
If canceled after sketch approval and lineart has begun, no refund will be issued.
Rush work requests may incur extra charges.
More than 3 revisions per stage will be charged from 4 USD per revision, depending on complexity.
